Small dust filters

Small sized filters that can be easily installed on the ceiling of weighing hoppers or small tanks. In ready mix plants the usual application is the dedusting of the cement scale. After the filter placement in the scale, the vent tube is canceled, thus eliminating problems in weighing.

Available in three types with 2, 4 and 6m2 cartridges but same external dimensions of Ø320mm and height h=1020mm. The cartridges are automatically cleaned with compressed air. Mounting upstand included with the filter.

Tips for the right operation of the filter

Removing moisture from the air used to clean the filter’s cells is crucial for their service life and filter performance. The simple water trap commonly used in the air supply line from the compressor is not as efficient. The best solution is to install an air dryer. However, under no circumstances, the air that goes into the filters should have oil, as the case is when supplying air to the pistons.
