Auto-Leader 3000P

PROTEM’s automation model AUTO-LEADER 3000 PROFIT is the most ergonomically designed Ready-Mix Concrete batching plant automation system. It is defined by its ease of use and its operative autonomy, since all the operations are performed via a small console. It is the ideal solution for operators who are not familiar with using a PC or Batching plants that do not operate under the typical office conditions in the operation room. The automation has been launched since 2003 but because of the continuous improvements PROTEM has been making, it remains to this day at the peak of technology.

100% not a PC based system. The only system manufactured solely with industrial electronics ensuring uninterrupted operation.
Operational independency from any other peripheral devices, ensuring the uninterrupted production process.
The operation console’s dimensions are 53x40x18cm (LxWxH) and controls 100% of the plant. The console can be located as far as 1000m away from the electric cabinet and it is connected with just one cable.
Fully protected from electrical surges, network overloads and generator voltage abnormalities. Incorporates anti-lightning protection and is equipped with its own UPS.
Operates flawlessly even in extreme conditions such as high temperatures (-20 to +60 oC), humidity, dust environment, etc.
Records all operator’s manual interventions.
Has its own mixer protection system which protects it from overloads and automatically monitors the slump of each batch mixer.
Full production and statistical data report through the systems printer.
Fully integratable with the optional Production Management, Dispatching and Ticketing software Betolink^® Pro.
