It has been 13 years since ERGO.TEC was organized, and PROTEM was there with a wide variety of products and solutions. During the event we have presented our latest innovative solutions while also showcasing our laboratory equipment for Concrete & Aggregates as well as weighing solutions for dry and liquid chemical additives for ready-mix concrete. Our visitors were very satisfied with our presence and our products.

We also had the opportunity to present our innovative solution of a truck-mounted concrete admixture dispencer for the first time. It is a device known as TM-CAD40 that is installed on mixer trucks and accurately doses the chemical additives used on site.

This is the revolutionary method of producing Ready-Mix Concrete, Concrete Products and Cold Asphalt Mix with a single Blend mixer truck that goes everywhere. You can now produce and deliver Concrete of the highest quality and in accordance with all CE legislation requirements to even the most inaccessible places. Thanks to its own internal raw materials storages with individual compartments, we reduce concrete leftovers and only mix the materials needed for the project, producing small or large quantities without any waste.

Protem’s Calibration Laboratory which has developed, maintains and applies a documented quality system under the terms of ISO / IEC 17025: 2017, has now been accredited by ESYD (Hellenic Accreditation System) to carry out official measurements and calibrations in "Mass / Automatic Weighing Systems of Industrial Processes” .

Our company is the only one in Greece that has the necessary know-how & experience to inspect your factory’s scales, fix them in case we detect any problem, calibrate them and finally issue the required by regulations (EN-206) Calibration Certificate.

Modernization of a concrete batching plant in Cyprus. Our company replaced the whole equipment except the Aggregates bunkers, which will be done in the next phase.

We installed a new mixing tower offering easy access to all levels, with a 3.0 m³ mixer, aggregates waiting hopper above the mixer, water scale with high-pressure water pump, cement and additives scales. A dust filter with a suction fan minimizes dust emissions to the environment. The new aggregate conveyor belt is a chevron belt B1000. The productivity of the plant has been increased up to 110 m³ / h.

Our recently upgraded plant consists of 5 sections / containers. Each section is delivered factory pre-assembled, having standard dimensions and corner fittings and therefore can be transported as containers. The new designed SICOMA MAO 2.5 m³ mixer offers much better mixing, while the inverter driven skip reaches speeds up to 35m / min. The design of the aggregates bunkers allows the exploitation of their theoretical volume by 90-95%, while the sand is easily discharging from the shutters as well as from the scale, unaffected by the humidity.

The Auto-Leader 3000P_ECO is the newest and smartest, low cost solution, for the control, the supervision and management of Ready Mix Concrete production. It is the ideal solution for the retrofitting of old or problematic automations in Concrete Batching Plants. We have enclosed all our know-how in a small kit which contains all necessary parts, software and instructions. This way, any technician with some experience can easily connect the components to an existing electric board of a plant and deliver a modern automation with guaranteed success.
