Round cartridge filters with suction fans available from 9 to 39 m² filtering surface, with air jet cleaning system. Are suitable for the removal of dust in most powder materials such as cement, sand, limestone etc. In ready mix plants, the usual application is the placement of a filter fan on the cover of the aggregates waiting hopper, resulting in the dedusting of the whole mixing tower.
There is a wide variety of available dimensions and corresponding dedusting performance. The filters have a stainless steel body for long-lasting corrosion resistance. The cartridges are cleaned with compressed air and optionally by an electric vibrator. The filters are also available with dust collecting pre-separator.
