Mobile Concrete Batching Plant on a 4X4 Vehicle

The mobile concrete plant on a 4X4 vehicle is the ideal solution for hard-to-reach locations and off-road applications. Due to its small gross weight (5 tons) it is small, compact and moves unrestricted in order to always go where you need it. The total fresh concrete production output rate ranges from 5 to 35 m3 / h and the machine can also produce while in movement !

It has separate compartments for aggregates, water, cement & chemical additives. It is also completely automated, allowing the user to create & store up to 40 different recipes.

The batching plant comes in two versions: Either ready for installation in a private vehicle or as an integrated solution with its own special 4x4 vehicle. The vehicle is powered by a turbo water-cooled diesel engine with a fuel tank of 100L, ensuring the necessary power and its energy autonomy.

The cab is designed in accordance with the international regulations to avoid overturning and causing damage from falling objects (ROPS-FOPS) to ensure the safety of the operator. The seat is also reversible, making the operator’s work as easy as it gets.

The steering is assisted by means of load-sensing power steering with double displacement on 4 steering wheels; steering selection device for: 2 steering wheels, 4 steering wheels - crab steering.
