The flexible, fully mobile BLEND A240 batching plant is the most suitable solution combining high productivity and great energy autonomy. The A240 is a real "turn-key" solution due to the ease with which it is transported and the simplicity in everyday use. Just one hour is enough to set up the machine on the project and start producing concrete without any additional delay. A powerful diesel engine takes care of its energy autonomy.

A240 marks a significant novelty in mobile machines. It is able to produce concrete, cold asphalt and stabilization mixes. The twin-shaft paddle mixer can produce up to 120 m³/h. The design offers 2, 3 or 4 to satisfy satisfies different needs: from the quantity of storage to the type of aggregates. Easily transported, with no installation required, it is electrically and hydraulically independent

The materials used in its construction were carefully chosen in order to render it totally recyclable. Reduced noise levels prevent acoustic contamination as well as ensure the good health of every person involved. Last but not least, due to minimum fuel consumption the environmental impact of the A240 is negligible.

COMPACT CONSTRUCTION – ERGONOMICAL DESIGN

Its robust frame and hydraulic support provide the plant with the needed professional steadiness, in both concrete floors and solid ground. No special transporting method is required, as it has its own motor.

It can be placed in any kind of ground – even without a frame – and without the need for any studies or civil works. As soon as the programme and the parameters are set up, the A240 can perform all necessary procedures on its own without any human intervention.

FULLY AUTOMATIC PRODUCTION

A240 has powerful and solid components. Once the production programme is set up, the machine strictly maintains the materials’ dosage within the parameters with stable and absolute precision.

Each type of aggregate is fed by its hopper dosing system to the main conveyor belt and then to the twin shaft horizontal mixer. Weighing of each aggregate is done independently by weight-in-loss of the hopper. Electronic control unit weighing and measuring for cement binder, water and aggregates.

The A240 plant can be operated from a distance by remote control with ease and security. The loader will know which hopper to load by the light signaling in the hoppers. Using the GPS and remote control it is possible to obtain a report of consumption/productions and a total diagnostic of the machine.
