Containerized ready-mix concrete batching plant

To strengthen our position in international markets, we have sought for a solution to reduce transportation costs, storage expenses, and installation times for a concrete production unit, without compromising its technical specifications.

We ultimately decided to design and study from scratch a complete concrete production plant, with high production capacity, easily transportable in 5 container-type sections. The containers are joined together on-site, where no special engineering work is required, are pre-wired, and thus significantly reduce all additional costs beyond the initial purchase price.
